6th Grade - Community Gardens

Students can create community garden models out of recycled and donated recyclable material using pre-planning outlines, problem-solving skills, and complex cutting/hot gluing.

After studying artist Piet Mondrian, students can identify the primary colors and use them with bumpy and straight lines to create a web illusion.


5th Grade - Op Art USA Flags

Students can create an Op Art illusion of a waving USA flag using value and line styles.
 










Kindergarten - Rainbow Angry Birds

Students can use multiple shapes to draw angry birds then watercolor the colors of the rainbow.
